Anduril is an open source component-based workflow framework for scientific data analysis developed at the Systems Biology Laboratory, University of Helsinki.
Anduril is designed to enable systematic, flexible and efficient data analysis, particularly in the field of high-throughput experiments in biomedical research. We currently provide components for analyses in
- Exome sequencing
- Whole genome sequencing
- Gene Expression
- Array Comparative Genomic Hybridization
- Exon Microarray
- Flow Cytometry
- Cell Imaging.
New components are constantly being developed in house, and additional components can also be implemented by third parties. Anduril engine is continuously maintained. The integrity of the engine and components are checked on a daily basis via automated testing scripts. Monthly updates for the core and components are available.
